Western Mass Critical Incident Stress Management

Resources

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed etc? Has your bad day or week been topped off with a 'bad' call or two? No one else on your team seems to need/want a debriefing? Consider a one-on-one peer meeting with someone from our CISM Team.
Call our office (413-586-6065) to request a connection with a peer from EMS, Fire, Police or Dispatch. We will gather a bit of information to make the right match, then set you up with a peer who will reach out by phone to connect. The two of you can arrange to meet by phone, in person or by Zoom or Skype. If needed, your peer can also provide information on support resources, including clinicians who understand First Responder needs.

Here is an opportunity to take a great FREE training on First Responder mental health/resilience:

Introduction to Building Healthy Workplaces All you need to do is set up your registration and you can access this free, self-paced intro course, funded by Western Regional Homeland Security Council. Two of our our own team clinicians, Lillian Lennox and Calla Harrington, developed and teach this program! Useful info for all! Open now!
